00 M Roadster for $24K... good deal?

2000 M Roadster with 41469 miles. Asking price is $23,900. Is this a good deal? I never thought about getting Z3. I came accross this one while search for M3... I have no idea what they worth...

It's Silver and Black.
Where did you get that list? Are you a wholesaler? I would like to get one with lower mile if I can...

IMHO there is no comparably reliable car available that is more off-the-wall fun for that $23.9K.

I like to get it, too. But, my budget was $20K and I will have to pay $24 plus tax & registration for this car.
I'm still regotiating with dealer. Trying to get at least $24K out the door...

If you look at the book value of a 98 M Roadster, certified with low mileage and in awesome condition...$28.6K with no other modifications
I have invested a few $K's in mine, have only 17K miles, great body work, everything's almost as good as new. I'd probably sell mine for no less than $28K

in 01 the motor changed to the s54, 315 hp, same motor as the one in the e46 m3's, that's about the only major change.
