Z3 or S2000?

i read the M3 vs S2000 thread and thought this would be a more fair matchup, i know the Z3 gets a lot of hate from bmw owners as being a chick car and all that so there shouldn't be too much bias..

they're both roadsters, and i'm not comparing with the M Roadster because it's way above the S2000's league, so which is better, a Z3 3.0 or S2000?

the Z3 has 225 hp and 214(?)lbs torque, so from a performance perspective it outdoes the S2k which seriously lacks torque (152 was it? ew). but i'm not sure which one handles better because Z3's are notorious when it comes to handling. and, very important, which one do you think has better styling? personally i think they both look good, that S2k looks very good for being a honda, but i still think the Z3 has more character and better curves
