Z3 Coupe wheel/tire question

I guess I have several questions......First of all, do the Z3 2.8 coupes and M coupes share the same body? Or are the rear fenders on the Z3 coupes narrower?
My second question is whether E46 M3 wheels would fit on a Z3 Coupe?
My third and final question is not relating to wheel/tire fitment but I will post it on this thread anyway. If the Z3 coupe and M coupe share the same body, is it possible to replace the rear bumper on a Z coupe with one from an M Coupe? AND would the M coupe exhaust bolt up? Thanks

E46 wheels are WAY to wide in the rear..maybe if u had 4
fronts...

The reason why I ask is because I have read in several places that 10" rear wheels fit on Z coupes.
