What's the largest wheel for Z4

Can anyone tell me the largest wheel size that will fit on a Z4 (non-M) without modifying the wheel well or fenders? I am hoping to use a staggered fitment of 19 X 8.5 and 19 X 9.5. Thanks

I'm running M3 Offset 19x8.5 & 19x9.5 slammed with KW Variente 2.

Rubs in the front a little but its fine in the rear. It lines up perfectly with the fenders.

i just fitted 20by 8.5 at the front. and 22 by 8.5 at the rear. have to heat the inner lining and push up to prevent scrubbing. i have also lowered it 1.25 inches. its totally off the hook. i dont think anyone has done it yet

Wow, just wondering why you'd want such large wheels and generally a performance hindering setup on a car that suppose to be a sporty. Save the large wheels for the SUVs or something.

19" diameter wheels is the largest wheel on the Z4 that looks decent and probably wouldn't require modification.

As with anything it depends on many factors however, wheel width, wheel offset, tire size and suspension setup all play a role in fitment.

Please keep a fun sporty car... fun and sporty. Save the bling for other vehicles.

quite a simple answer really. cos it looks good. i dont take my car out to the track and the queensland roads have speed limits i like to abide by. you are right about the handling. its still a nibble car and if i still had the stock 17s id be too tempted to lay some mad skids which i did when i first got the car. it drifts pretty well too. the car gets treated with respect these days even with the supercharger bolted on. i like to rice my cars up with a full stereo set up. im not really into increasing performance on luxury sports cars as ive already owned a couple of 500hp series 8 rx7. the original question was what is the largest diameter wheel you can fit on the z4. and i replied with what i have fitted on mine. thanks for your comments. i understand where you come from. please dont scratch my car because it has bling wheels cos insurance wont cover it this time.
