other differences are cosmetic such as front spoiler, rear view mirrors, side gills, and location of rear license plate on hatch for the M instead of on the bumper for the 3.0. Also notice the quad exhaust on the M. I believe the M suspension is also slightly stiffer and sits a little lower. B.T.W., I paid $29K in 2003 for an 02 Z 3.0 Coupe with 7K miles.

33k miles for $27k is on the high side for a 3.0. You should be able to find a proper M coupe for that. It would have to be MINT to take that. More like low to mid 20s if not $19 or so if there are any problems or history of problems.

I paid $25K for my M Coupe with 32K on it. The S52 M Coupe is a better buy then the 3.0. The 3.0 is a really solid car, can't say anything bad about it, but the M Coupe is just at tad better. More power, better brakes, batter suspension, quad exhaust and better resale value.
