BMW X3 and Z4M

A mag here in Italy is showing the release of the the new 5 in march, the Z4M in july, the new 6 in september and the X3 in december.

The new 5 will have the body style similar to the new 7.

The 6 is a 2 + 2, will have a choice of motors from a 6, 8 or v10 and a 5.5L 500 hp M version to come out. Will have the choice of a 6 speed manual or auto. Prices from 43k and a cabrio version soon will follow.

The Z4M will pack in a v8 with SMG2.

The X3 will be almost identical to the X5 but smaller.

hmm...aren't they coming out with like an XActivity or something? It's like a modified X5 or something..read about it's appearance in an auto show comin up.

yeah and that 6ser looks damn ugly...like the pontiac grand prix gone german.....the wheels don't even match in style or color.

The X3 and the 5 series look like the X5 and the 7 series that just shrank in the wash. I do, however, like the way the 6 series looks. Maybe it's the Mustang lover in me, but the sillouette (sp) that the 6 creates looks slick. Long hood, short bublle roof, short trunk. Did anyone else catch the mismatched wheels on the 6? Is the R&D department running out of sets and are too cheap to pony up for a full set of 4?
