2003 X5 4.6 Fully Loaded - $75k GOOD DEAL?

I am looking at an X5 with some extras, chrome 20s, dvd, etc. and without markup it is $75. But as you all know it is only a 5 seater and I need 6 seats, are there any other aftermarket seat options?

Also, does this sound like a good price or should I negotiate. I have heard the 4.6 X5s get marked up a lot.

For the money you get for the M3 and the $75K you were going to spend get a 911 supercup

bro, just get the 4.4i w/ the extra goodies. ull end up savin money cus all ur payin for in the 4.6is is bigger engine and 20s. also $75k for the 4.6is is rapin..i have not heard of the 4.6is gettin marked up
