does anyone know anything about the X5?

My sister has an X5 3.0. I wanted to get her a performance part for Xmas. I was wondering what a cheap upgrade was that give a noticeable gain. Please let me know. Thanks.... If i cant get anything, I'm jsut gonna get her the trunk mat

it's the same m54 engine in the 330i (not sure if there's a chip or anything out for those yet). there's a catback exhaust, and intake u can probably do.

......or u can look into getting those front & rear 'battering rams', those metal tube things that go infront of the bumpers. there's a few x5's in AZ that have 'em and they look pretty nice, plus u'll get very little damage in a front or rear accident. not sure of the cost tho.
