angel eyes for x5, possible?

is it possible to install angel eyes in the x5? any info?

hey, you can just purchase the rings. they are about 149.99, and you can find them on ebay. Installation is easy and yu can pick different colors too. So really, you dont need to change your whole headlights

I don' t think those rings fit the X, if I am not mistaken they are too small.......they do say they fit a X5, but again I don' t think they do.......if you decide to go this route, just make sure they will fit before you bid/buy.

can't just get rings. x5 headlights are completely sealed units. not like the other bmw cars. the way that mobile innovations does it is get a set of angel eyes from the 5 series and do some frankenstein operation to incorporate it into the x5 housing and then reseal the entire unit. very labor intensive, thats why it costs so much. doing it right really counts on this one guys.

I still think it's overpriced.......someone will come out with them sooner or later and hopefully it wont cost $1500.......I can find better things to do with $1500 when it comes to my X.
