| There is no //M powered X5, The reason they didnt name the 4.6is as an MX5 is for the followiing reasons. 1- M cars should have 6 speed manual or sequential 2- redline should be high 3-torque peak should be closer to the redline 4-It should come as a front engine REAR wheel Drive not AWD and for your info the X5 lemans is not street leagal is failed every emmessions test in the world. so dont expect seeing that on the road. |

| It might have been a X5 4.6, I am sure you can get white through the Individual Program, pay the $3k and they will paint it any color you damn well please. And its not that big of a deal to see a M badge on a car thats not m. Damn I have seen them on Asian cars. Its a $20 piece of plastic with some adhesive tape behind it.

what's the official name of the M powered Z3? M roadster, not MZ3. it would've been the same with an M powered X5... anyway, the reason they didn't make an M powered X5 was because it's a FREAKING all wheel drive, automatic transmission SUV. getting back the the original topic, I've seen this M badged X5 in georgetown. it was just a guy with "Type R" syndrome. |

| do u think the Z8 deserves an M. it has an m5 engine, tranny, and M rims.

| a friend of mine came back from germany and took some pics of the cars out there and he had a picture of a X5 in White with a what looked like a wide body kit, now he didnt take a pic from the back so I dont know what model it was but it was taken at a BMW dealership so I know that the car was an originally built that way, also if you look at the wheel BMW magazine they have pictures of the car I am refering to in silver, maybe you saw a X% where the customer opted to pay for the kit and White when ordering it, any BMW can be ordered in ANY color you want.
