| MPG i have a '01 3.0 L straight 6 with 100k and get about 19 miles per gallon. I have an AFE high flow filter. the car is ready for a tune up (filters, plugs, flush etc.) With gas going the way its going. I was wondering if anyone has had any good luck with upgrades (software, chips, filters, injector cleaners) to help with gas mileage. |

| I think a good tune-up is the best way to increase gas mileage. 19 mpg doesn't sound terrible given the weight of the x5 and drivetrain. You've got the right idea in terms of filters, plugs, flush, and I would also add O2 sensors to that list. Also make sure you have your tire properly inflated too.
