Have any of you guys had problems with an X5? My moms has a lot of problem with the electrical things like radio, and door locks. I was just wondering if any of you guys experienced the same thing.

What year does she have? I have a 2001 and have not had any problems with mine.

Yea 2001. I dont know like the door locks cause a lot of trouble like not opening sometimes and lately the radio goes staticy when you press the rear defroster. I took it to BMW and they said it was the amp and they replaced it but that wasn't it so they had to replace the whole back window so I hope that works. But the case with the door locks, it was brought in a few times and never was really fully fixed. I noticed when it gets cold, they mess up.
But I dont know why its happening.

Anyone experience the same or similar problems?

My mom put a remote starter on her 02, for some reason after that the driver side door went all screwy. But other than that no problems. Hey what are the largest rims size that will fit on a X5?
