Adam....
First of all, in my opinion, I am not a bad driver. In fact, I don't know why you say that about me. In case you didn't know, I did a pretty good job keeping up with you on a road that I don't know, with blind corners, and traffic.
But I suppose you are talking about the two drag races I had with you. The first run, I had a terrible launch. I had traction control off and dumped the clutch with too many RPMs causing massive wheel spin and your friend (whose name I can't remember right now) was in my car. Even though you had that slight lead, I caught up to you within a hundred feet and pulled either even or ahead of you. I rolled off the gas and let you pass and get into the lead, cause I had no idea where to go. Ask your friend. I am sure he had noticed me getting off the gas.
The second run, no offense, but I got into the lead from the start. However, you know that I had to pull behind you because of the group of bicycle riders in the middle of my lane. The ones that gave us the middle finger. Do you remember them?
So, if that makes me a bad driver so be it. If I am not good at drag racing and that makes me a bad driver so be it. But please don't call me a bad driver without letting me defend myself. Its insulting.
Oh by the way, another way to know if I am telling the truth or not regarding me rolling off the gas is to look at the front of my car. The roads we where on were very gravely and sandy. Whenever, I let you pass in front of me, my car was literaly sandblasted. Ask your friend again, he saw me cringe the first time. The second time, I had no choice. It was either getting blasted, or to stay in the lane and run over the bicycle riders. Don't worry about it though. I don't blame you or anything. It was something thats bound to happen, and I know its not your fault. The blasting I mean.
Cheers,
Tomo
