81 E21 Widebody?

Can anyone refer me to someone in S-Ca willing and with the abilty to take on a Widebody transformation for my 81 323i?

Any help is much appreciated!

The challenge is finding someone qualified to do it in all metal. I'm actually going after a Group 2 look rather than an M3 widebody look.

Metal is a bit heavy, but to each their own.

You may want to check out apexmotorsports.com in San Diego. They had a race car there before withe the Grp 2 flares, but that started life AS a race car I believe (non-road going e21 chassis built by BMW for racing). They may have some connections that know how to recreate the look you want.

There is also an autoX-er that shows to the BMW CCA events here in SD with an e21 racer that also has the Grp 2 gear, running a S14 under the hood. Very similar to the car that Apex used to have, but all fiberglass IIRC. The current owner also has molds of the fenders, or so he said. I just can't remember his name for the life of me.
