I have used and installed many iPod adapters. There is nothing available with the same performance. This group buy would not require you to wait on a roster or need a certain amount of people to qualify.

FYI... DICE Electronics - iPod, HD Radio for your home and car

I recently installed a DICE iPod adapter into this 2003 M3. It was a very easy install. It plugged into the OEM changer cable on the drivers side of the trunk. Then I ran the cable up to the front of the car and mounted the DICE module behind the glove box. The iPod cable ws run into the glove box. The whole install took about 45 minutes and it works damn awesome. The factory radio displays the SONG, ALBUM and ARTIST that is currently playing. You can use the controls on the steering wheel and the radio to control the iPod function.
