Will the 2x83mm round pipes fit on my 1993 325i without any modifications or cutting into the rear bumper?

It should, but it's going to be a TIGHT fit. You should probably expect slight melting of your rear valence. If it's a concern, I'd go with 2x76mm tips, which are still pretty large and in my opinion look great.
