| Yeah, when I was having my problems with this dumbass kid I was seriously considering buying a plane ticket to Tampa just to pay Andrew BITCHAY a visit. Called his house and whoever answered could barely speak a word of comprehensible English, and to top it off phukken hung up on me!! 5 minutes later Mr.BITCHAY calls me and starts BITCHING and WHINING as to why I kept bothering him and trying to contact him. I was like, "... Uh, fag .. you've had my money for 2 months and I still dont have my goods! You won't even give me a valid tracking number despite the fact you sent it by FEDEX." Instead of admitting his guilt he starts whining like a little kid and accuses me of insulting his intelligence and wasting his time. This kid is something else. STAY CLEAR of ANY BUSINESS DEALINGS with Andrew Bishay/M3Joky8 or cameljoky8 or whatever else phuken jock-itch, I mean jocky, he likes to go by.

| I've been burned a few times with online stuff, just like 100 dollars and things, but it all adds up. One gal sent me a pioneer deck, she said just came out perfectly working frome her civic. She had really good ratings, so i bought. 100 dollars shipped. I paid by CC through Ebay, got the CD player and took it to be bench tested. Turns out it doesnt work at all. And all the wires were clipped at the same place. So i have deduced that it was stolen. She refuses to answer emails, and i tried to post negative feedbakc, but she made it private, and when i contacted ebay, she had closed her acct. Bitch. Anyway. I estimate that I have lost over 400 dollars due to stupid people like this asshole. So i have stopped buying things online from people i dont know. I am waiting on some parts from people on here... back_in_black, thats you   But im not terribly worried about them. I just wish that poeple didnt screw other people over. esp with BMW parts. owning a BMW is like joining a family, where everybody helps each other out Then some poeple spoil it for the rest of us. BTW if anybody needs the faceplate, remote, or wiring harness from a Pioneer DEH-4300, it is yours FREE + shipping. Its no good to me now. Also have an OBC unit with some missing pixels, if anybody cares. Also FREE plus shipping... -JinX

| Wow! A guy goes into the hospital for a week........doesn't reply to any emails and he gets out.......and his name is trashed before anyone hears his side of the situation...... First off yes I will say the wheel was drilled......I didn't drill it......I paid some kid to take the wheel off.....and that is how he did......I will take blame for that......but this is what happened when 2Pak recieved the wheel.......he said he had trouble installing it......because it needed a new slip ring.....and had it on the car for a couple of days.....but he said it squeaked.......he himself said....it might have been some that it needed some grease.......finally we decided it needed a new slip ring......i asked him......if we get it a new slip ring......would he be happy......and he told me yes........finally HE found a slip ring for 100 dollars.......I told him i'd pay for half of the slip ring........after and only after I said I'd pay for a half the slip ring he said no no he wants the money back......because when he was talkin it off......he ruined something else because it was on its last life anyways..... With all due respect if he asked for the man as soon as he recieved it.....I would have returned it....but he used it....and he said it himself.....he added to the damage.......I can't return money for something like that.....and the damage kept coming more and more....everyday he'd say that something else was damaged...and he only asked for his money back after HE INSTALLED IT......which isn't fair..... About my attitude.......I apologized for my attitude to everyone about two months ago.....its in my signiture.... And I am not a kid peddling some parts.......I have financially on my for 4 years now......I pay for everything on my own....my parents don't pay for anything.....so who ever said my "mommy lets me buy wrecks, she has nothing to do with my investments"..... I have sold a lot of parts and you guys know that.....look at the situatioin before you jump to conclusions.....that is all I ask.... I will work it out with him......but that whole little conversation online.......he put so many words in my mouth........that is sooo unofficial..... Thanks!!

| Hmmmm.... ...the plot thickens!!! Well what about that guy who wanted to buy the 3-spoke a month earlier than 2Pak and you warned him that he would have to buy a new slip ring? Why would you pay somebody to pull a steering wheel? Why is it UNFAIR that he installed it, found out it was bunk and then wanted a refund? Why is it FAIR that he, along with many other members, have had to wait so, so long for their parts and when they try and contact you about it you get snooty and evasive?. So let me get this straight........you wanted him to get back with you within like A DAY of receiving the part, if he wanted a refund, yet it took you like a MONTH or more before you even SENT IT OUT ? WOW!!!! For someone who takes that long to respond to a PAID purchase you would think that you would give them a little more time to report back to you if there was a discretion in the item. Besides, for him to give an accurate idea about an item, such as a steering wheel, the only way to really find out is to install it. It's like trying to figure out whether rims are bent or warped by just looking at them. Have you ever gone to Foot locker and bought new shoes without trying them on? I understand that he could have injured the item even further when he installed-unistalled, but you said it youself, "it was on it's last life anyways". So I guess it is only supposed to keep it's integrity right before the install, huh? After that it's not your problem, huh? It's not really much of my business because I know that I will never buy anything from someone who pays someone else to pull a steering wheel, but I have heard substantial reports from about 6 or 7 members who have had bad dealings with you and your only excuse is that you just came out of the hospital. | Now let me respond to Andrew's lack of reality First off, you had dissapeared for 2 weeks, not 1 I didn't have trouble installing it because it needed a new slip ring, I had trouble installing it because you drilled the ****in holes out. The unfortunate thing for you is lying here won't work because i saved our IM conversations. I had the wheel on the car for a 5 minute ride. Before me and my friend bolted the wheel on the car, it was squeaky so we stopped the job and got grease. This was even before the airbag nightmare. The squeaking came from the fact the slipring was cracked. The slipring was damaged when it got here, I attempted to see if it worked because if it did, it would have been the best for both of us. No harm came from seeing if the wheel worked. Why is this, because when you have something that does work, i.e. an actual working wheel instead of the pile of poo poo you sent me, you can take the wheel off and on about 1000 times over. You claim that only when you told me you would pay for a slipring that I said somethign else was broken. Once again Andrew, you;re ****ed cause I posted our online conversation. You were idle and i msged you and said the steering wheel was done, then you came online and told me u would pay for half the ring. Nothing else was damaged, the thread was already on it's last life because there was no thread because your moron friend drilled it out. I didn't break anything and you know it. Lastly, how is the online conversation unofficial, how did i put words in your mouth. Andrew, I've always been nice with you. When it took you forever to get me the wheel, I didn't do anything. You were gone for 5 days and I said hey, ill give him a chance. You brought this on yourself. |

I guess Cochren will have more famous quotes to make such as: "If the item don't fit , oh well....the money must sit" How about , " If the steering wheel don't work, your azz still get's the pork"!!!!! "Slip ring broke during the instALL..........not his fault he was in the hospitALL"!!!!! I know.....very corny........but these types of quotes can only be immortalized by the one-and-only, Johnny Cochren. He might even pull the world-renouned "wookie" defense for Jocky!!!! Now that would suck!!! But seriously, no more negotiating, 2PAK, you need legal assistance. This kid ain't budging on the money. 500$ would get serious action from me. I, without a doubt, would show up at someone's home of address for this nominal amount. I don't promote violence, but I am very limited at holding my adolescent habits of busting people in the "grills" (not car grills, the "pearly whites") when they take my money from me. Let's just hope that you (Joky) don't take money from a child-hood bully. Assault charges or not you will experience a "mid-life" crisis at an early age.
