he used FedEx ground, so I dont know about mail fraud. Dado or any other mods, is there a way to find out WHEN he made that donation. Nice heads up MRyder. Tick Tock, when will Andrew post.

Mail fraud is a general term for when someone commit fraud by mail. It doesn't have to be shipped via USPS. Just contact the seller's local DA office and file a report. He will then receive a letter of complain in the mail which also gives him 30 days to repsonse before the DA start looking into it. This is not a guarantee he will get arrested since the amount is not that significant. However, he'll be on file and if someone else happens to file a report on this guy then the DA will definately start an investigation. Good luck.

have u still not recieved your sunroof switches, cause maybe we can do 1-2 punch with the mail fraud and that will def warrant an investigation. I used to see in his away msgs how the people at FedEx know him, maybe that could come in handy. I've been reading all the posts and am finalizing what avenue im going to take. Andrew, sure u want this heat, or u wanna ****in send me money.

I wont be rolling home during christmas break cause i gotta do winter session cause i lost credits when i transferred freshman year. But summertime, i will. Perhaps we can arrange a little DTM Caravan guys. Havenlock, ill meet u in pitt, some MD boys, and some north florida boys roll down and meet up outside andrew's house , who wants in?

I'll tell you what this is the 1st time I've been burned on any internet related purchase and we all know what kind of faith we put in people when we decide to risk the transaction. I mean some of us (a lot of us) are even buying wheels via paypal based on a picture, description and a price.

This is for me a small loss (luckily), but the principle is what really matters. I know that the majority of the DTM'ers have a solid ethical code when it comes to honoring deals....but this guy?

Personally, I don't want to go after him cuz it's more trouble than it's worth. Whatever small profit he has gained by burning anyone here, he will lose tenfold in the end. That's just the way sh_t works ...

Much of the modding I have done to my car has been from people on this and other forums since my budget for mods has always been tight, and I've gotten some great deals from some great people. I have never been outright burned so I guess I am blessed at the very least.

The amount may be low to you, but the amounts added up that you and others have lost to this creep may total to the thousands. I believe like you do that you eventually reap the bad seed that you sow, but we also owe it to those out there who may be victimized by this young man right now or in the future to
make sure as many people (eBay, DTM, roadfly...) know what is happening as possible.

Really a shame to have a bad apple like this in our community, especially one so bold as to continue advertising his so-called
services on the very boards that condemn him.

I have dealt with Andrew Bishay and can confirm the difficulty in doing business with this guy. He basically took almost three months to send me my items after I paid him. Everytime I would call him, he was immediately on the defensive. I was civil and asked direct questions but instead of getting a straightforward answer I got constant attitude and accused of calling him stupid?

My email interactions with him were equally difficult. The last email response I got from him was barely understandable. Once again, instead of getting a direct response I got what looked like a bunch of random sentences and jibberish that had absoulutely nothing to do with what I was asking. Needless to say I will no longer buy ANYTHING from this guy.

I DO NOT RECOMMEND DEALING WITH ANDREW BISHAY ... unless you want to chance a rotten experience.

After I told him i wanted a refund, he essentially blocked me but it turned out he was blocking people on his buddy list. So i had confronted him with my alias tellin him it wasnt smart to block me. He comes back online and gets really riled up about the accusation, and how i should have just asked him (umm, u put me on block, how could i ask)
