KOPerformance ??

I posted this topic under "General Discussion" and was asked to put it here:

Hi, I am new to this site and to BMW. My first post is a question. Do any of you know anything about KOPerformance? They got my money about six weeks ago and never sent my parts. I requested my money back, three weeks ago, and they haven't done that. I called them three weeks ago and sent them four e-mails and they have yet to contact me! I have been patient and polite during this unfortinate attempt to purchase parts. What could be going on?

I might add that since my first post, I contacted the BBB and filed a complaint, and I have turned the matter over to "visa". Maby they can take the appropriate action. I think this is a small company with about seven employes and evidently they don't know what customer relations is. This whole matter would be understandable if they had just told me the parts were backordered. My order consisted mainly of routine maintenance parts, that could have been purchased locally, and a couple of hood emblems. During my last two comversations with them, I was lied to and excuses were made. My main intent with this post is to inform people of what I am going through and that they should use caution when dealing with this company. What a waste of time and money!!!!
