AA = Bad service?!

I have ordered 2 keyrings from Active Autowerke awhile ago, when it was a special for free keyrings + $3.xx for shipping. So I ordered online and paid $7.xx. I only recieved one! Well at the moment I though it was no big deal so I emailed them, they never replied. Then I called them and they seem friendly and said that they would ship out another. Cool....so I though. A while later and now here I am still no keyring!!!
I dont really care since its only 3 bucks but what kind of service is that?

Anyone here from AA? I will try to contact them through email again.

Um, it's only a keyring. I'm sure they have some other (more important) priorities at the top of their list other than to give you a free keyring

Yes its only a keyring, but i had to pay shipping for it.

Even if its only a keyring. That is not right. Just because it is a small item, it shouldnt be ignored.

i've had worse experiences...

don't order from lowen design.. black forest whoever the **** they are.... took me for over 150 dollars plus shitty service

a friend ordered a hat from AA once w/next day shipping online.they actually CALLED him up the next day to tell him that next day shipping would be more $$$ than the hat itself.i thought that was damn good cust. service for just a hat.they could of just shipped it out next day and not given a rat's a$$.

why are people so concerend about next day shipping and overnight and such for something that is not even essential...

When my water pump blew I bought one and paid overnight... but a hat???-overnight???

Lowen Design and Black Forest are completetly different companys.

Lowen Design is a fraudulent company, dont do business with them.

Black Forest is a good, honest company, suffering from a bad rep because of idiots like you that throw around slanderous accusations with no factual backing.

Wrong. Customer comes first whether they're selling you a product for 10 cents or for $10,000. He paid for two items and only got one. So he got 50% of what he wanted.

what the hell dude, why shouldnt he get what he paid for. Small things like this lead to bigger, what if orders a kit and only the front bumper shows up? Just because its a small amount of moeny doesnt mean it can be ignored. Same thing when u go to Mcdonals and u order 2 burgers and fries and they forget the fries, do you let it go or do you complain?

Damn son! You should be embarassed to even post such a thread. People spend Tens of Thousands of dollars on AA and when they receive bad service they have a right to complain. Especially since AA is in the tuning business, it's what they do for a living. Now if you wanted a stupid free keyring and the shipping was $3 , why did you have to be so grubby and greedy in the first place and order TWO? YOU ARE NOT PAYING FOR AA SERVICES OR PRODUCTS!

This is a smack in the face to people with real gripes about vendors who rip people for wheels and such.

I bet you think that Preists are greedy for getting the BIG hosts and a cup of whine, when everyone else gets a small one....

if i were to post in this forum, free dtm t-shirts but you pay shipping and you paid me shipping but i dont send you the shirt, and i said that i dont have to because its free. Is that right?

Dude dont sweat what some of these guys are saying, they are not fully thinking things through. You are in the right to be upset and complain. As an afterthought, I would assume your time put into the matter by now is worth more than a mere $3. I value my time....
