Active Autowerke Supercharger lies

So here's the short story,
Have 328, total 328, buy ///M3, love ///M3.
Want to charge ///M, Active Autowerke advertises an awesome charger at a better price. I ordered in November, they said would be ready in February Ok, so I can wait..... December they say, it maybe ready in January Nope...February, yup any time now....yup soon... WTF... hmm it's now almost JULY. Month after Month they stall and promise,and play dumb. These liars have been stalling and promising, and now they swear up and down its ready to go .... I send the F#ckers the money and i still see no product. I wish I was allowed to be that incompetent in my job.
So the question is have they done this to anyone else?

When was the last time you talked to them? I haven't heard anything bad about AA, except for their prices , maybe they're just extremely busy, which is entirely possible, and you need to keep reminding and nagging them to get it done. Just my 2 cents.
