Another Nascart carting meet...

I am trying to nail down another carting event at Nascart but one where we would rent the entire place for an hour, the BIG track. The guys in the BMWCCA are wanting to do it again and I'd like to get it in before Barrett leaves around May 20th. We would probably do it on a weeknight again sometime in the next 2-3 weeks but we will need to get a firm number of people to show up because it will be a "grand prix" race they, they call it. We would have 10-12 teams of 3 drivers, I think each driver gets 20 laps and they have to pit and change out with the next driver. There would be qualifying to set starting positions.
Let me know whos interested.

I will post info well in advance here and several other places. Also let me know if you are going and if you are a BMWCCA member. We might be able to get some of it subsidized by the club but that may or may not require everyone be a club member. I just need to know how many non-members will go in case I'm asked.

I'm a paying member. Honestly, I think if the club is going to cover some of the costs, then one should be a member to participate.

Well due to the IRS looking into club events and how they relate to non-members it does make it a little more difficult to do. We'll work it out though.

I went to Nascart a couple of weeks ago and they were running the big track. That was a lot more fun.

Just not as much beer as I had last Thursday. When I got home I threw up half the Heiniken in the sink and some lady was like who are you get out of my house...
2 hours later I found my house and slept like a champ.

Luckily I only had a few blocks to drive home.

Hahahaha nice pic bryan...next time give me allittle warning B4 hand I opened it while my teacher was standing next 2 me...lol. luckily she didn't see. but I should be in for the meet I mean I live like 5 blocks down the street from Nascart so I will be there rain or shine. I am not a member yet, obviously (no BMW, but the date is moving ever so close)
