South-East Summer Beach Trip 6/21-22/03

OK fellas, sorry it's taken so long to get this up, but hear me out...

I'm putting together a trip starting now for a 2-day beach trip to Wilmington for all us DTMers and other Car Driving Enthusiests. This will be held on Saturday June 21st and Sunday June 22nd. There was a similar meet last year, however, the date got changed too many times and no one could make it anymore. So this is pretty much a set date and I see no conflicting interests of any other shows. If there are, let me know please. Otherwise, this will be a 2-day meet in which we will leave Saturday morning and return Sunday afternoon. I believe I can speak for everyone who made it out last year when I say that we had a blast!

Please tell me your thoughts on this trip and let's begin the list for the beach trip! (I'll post an itenerary later on, also we will be driving down to Myrtle beach most likely to have some fun)

I'm interested but have no idea if I could actually make it at this point. I think I'm going to Cancun (with the family - YUCK) around that time... we'll see.

well if you can make it then please come. We might actually go to Myrtle Beach, but we'll see when we know exactly how many people are interested. Same thing goes with hotel accomidations.

BTW Trevor, you got kicked out cause your dad drove across the grass in the go-kart!

You can count me in! I just signed up for UNC Orientation on June 23-24, so I'll just drive up earlier and meet up with you guys! I'm looking forward to getting to know more NC DTMers.

That sounds great man, I'll start a list and put you on it. What about you JP? You in? BTW yea, i remember you getting kicked out too!

Everyone was all over the place on those go-karts, I didn't pass one turn without getting sideways and skidding. I must have had the worst times, but it still had so much fun!

depends on how many people I can get to go. I'm going to be looking into hotels right on the beach in Wilmington, if I cant get one there, then we'll probably hit up Myrtle Beach cause I know we can get a place on the beach down there.
