I'm from Knoxville and work in Chattanooga. Have three 325's and a 2004 M-3
Burning up I-75 for over a 100 miles makes you appreciate a real car.

Is it a silver M3 by chance? You ever seen a black 325 with a REALLY loud exhaust driving around k-town? We should meet up and talk shop sometime, it's been too long for me talking to real car enthusiasts..

No, My M-3 is not silver

My 2004 BME is a Imola red coupe with black interior., My 325 is Gold, my 325IS is red, and my GMC dually is Metallic Blue.

I have a farm 1/2 way between Knoxville and Chattanooga next to Watts Bar Dam and Lake. I'm back and forth 4 or 5 times a week. Just left Knoxville this afternoon (Sunday) and now back on the farm.

You'll see me running I-640 between Fountain City, Downtown and I-40 west That red blur you might get a flash of is me dodging traffic and semi-trailers between Northshore and West Town. Bought on of those trailers during 4:30 Friday drive time about 6 years ago. Wreck up ahead..trailer locked it up to avoid hitting the pillup..I was in the fast lane behind the trailer...jammed the car into the concrete center to slow it down then rear ended the trailer while both of us smoked our tires sliding at about 60 miles per hour...Don't try this....it doesn't feel good. That car didn't survive. It was totaled.

I now avoid running behind a big rig in the fast lane on the mile between West Town and Northshore if it is anywhere near drive time...definetly on Fridays.
