testing ecu

Anyone in the Charlotte area willing to let me test my ecu in their car? I have a 0 261 200 402 ecu i bought a while ago for an engine swap. I recently finished my swap and tried to start the engine up without any success. I believe my ecu may be dead because i dont get any spark from my plugs. I need to narrow down the cause of the car not starting. Anyone willing to help please pm me back or email me at pmanomai@uncc.edu. thanks in advance.
