Hey all those who are DTM members in Denver This is ///Quik2Eat1 (Art Aragon) and I am trying to get all those who are on this forum and a couple of those who aren't to get together sometime in Feb and do a couple drives...Nothing major just hang out and go eat something along that line.... I am just trying to get a feel of who is intersted in starting up..(Well in full swing DTM members in Colorado)... So far I have, ///BMW, PHSPomona, and Dave from the forum. I also have the husband of Alice 106's DJ (Local Radio Station here in Denver)... Anyways just trying to get some people who are interested... Email me for more details or PM

You're in boulder?? Thats a first, I havent met ONE person w/ an M3 in boulder yet, and I rarely ever see any. First moddded M3 I have seen was a black 2dr w/ euro clears, that wouldnt happen to be you would it? If not, what does your car look like, I may have seen it. Also, do you go to the university?

Glad to see so much interest didn't think this many people would actually want to get something going... I am happy that all of you are interested So far I have 10 or so BMW ranging from 325 to M3.... and 1 modded S4 I am working really hard to get this moving I sent a couple of you emails just to keep you informed as I said Mid to Late Feb I am planning the drive ( that is when my Beast of a car is to arrive in Denver ) so lets plan it then... Keep your planners open on a Sat sometime in Feb.... I could use some Ideas on drives I have a couple planned but if you have more I would be more than welcome to hear your ideas.... As I said before I am glad to see some interest in this... Lets see how long it takes my car to cross the Atlantic..

What do you guys think about meet outside of denver? I have spoke with some people in denver and they said with all the construction, traffic is horrible. I am thinking somewhere north, like westwinster. Or if it isnt too far, the flat iron mall has some huge empty parking lots which would be great for pictures. And there are some good roads close by for a drive. Let me know what you guys think.

BTW, art, I am just throwing out suggestions, let me know what you think since you are setting it up.

Yeah I live in Westminster so that would be kool, thinking maybe we can meet up in flatirons b/c everyone knows where that mall is at and we can wait there till people arrive and chill and talk while people start showing up. Once everyone is there we coudld start taking group some group pictures and stuff. Then after everyone arrived we can go out on the drive. I have narrowed the date of the Drive.... Drum roll please...... Feb 23 or March 2. These dates are still open for debate. I am liking the idea that we meet before the drive, nothing big just dinner... Anyone open for this? This can be planned anytime now just post to see what everyones availablilty is, or is anyone interested? We need a place that everyone likes that is close to everyone, plus somepace that is easy to find. Keep posting guys

If any of you guys want to meet up this weekend (w/o lunch or dinner), that's cool, I live in Lakewood.

Malls are good, Park Meadows, FlatIrons. It'd be nice to cruise around downtown Denver on a Sat or a Friday though.

Morrison Rd is nice, lots of twisties, but we might end up having people in front, that said, nothing prevents us from passing them

I am still bimmer-less but i would like to meet up sometime soon for dinner or lunch. the boulder turnpike (from brookfeild to boulder) is a nice highway, and it goes right by flatirons mall.. if its on a saturday all those buildings are outta work and would be perfect parking lot to take a group picture.. also all of us rolling through downtown denver would be tight! as for the construction/traffic, thats only south of denver, i-25 @i-70 is nothing really unless you hit rushhour, but it will be a sat soo, and we could take it to speer head downtown and then book, also um theres a highway that goes to brighton from the boulder turnpike @ 25 that is nice, hardly any traffic or construction except for a miles worth... hey and if its really nice we can head up in the mountains for a drive, maybe turn around in dillon or copper or hell even vail... but if we get caught in snow were dead... maybe that would be a good idea for a summer meet. theres my opinons, btw i am in arvada
