i'm declining on the hotel offer joe, i just cant swing that kinda money on my budget...i can buy u a beer or two as a showing of gratitude for the effort.

ok so it seems we're down to 5 hotel rooms total now at the Holiday Inn. Next year I think I'm going to have everyone make their own hotel reservations. The only reason we got the hotel we're in is because I know there will be people who will want to chill out ont he beach and these hotel rooms are beach front view and right on the beach so that we can chill out there some. We still have everyone planned to come but we've had a few people drop out because of other reservations, those people (you know who you are) need to PM me with their phone info so we can keep in touch and I can call you to let you know where we will be meeting.

beach front is kewl but also expensive...my poor non-real job having ass has to watch his cents when it comes to "recreational enjoyment".

dumbass! We had the same rate as that for ocean front. It was $129.99 + tax for the rooms we were staying in, the reason I told everyone to bring the amount of money I did was because if we had too many people drop out (like we have now) the price would go up cause it was no longer a group buy (to few rooms)

Anyway, lucky enough its supposed to be great weather this weekend reguardless. I cant wait, its gonna be really fun.

Make sure to bring 2-ways!!!!!!!!!!

Well you should have said that. Before it was 40 a person for 4 people. Also NO information was given about the hotel or anything. I feel more comfortable making my own reservations. Ocean Front? I highly doubt that will make a difference. This is not a family vacation and we are only staying one night, I doubt you will find time to spend hours on the beach. I don't see a huge need to stay the same place, I figure we will all meet up, then break off into groups for the night.

OK... update for the E3S people going...

Paul and I have not been able to finish his car and I have had a death in the "family" so I will not be able to go... GD it!

Expect a VERY poor turnout from the E30Sport community as I have heard NOTHING from ANYONE excpet my personal friends... Jay and Kristin are gonna be having surgery, Stu is in Michigan, David might be going with Daniel Schrober...

Haven't heard anything from the out of town people so I wouldn't expect them there...

So to disappoint everyone who was hoping for a big e30 turnout... maybe next year...
