Here's a design of mine I finished today, comments? Suggestions on what I should do next

thats ill. i like everything except for the little red loop thing on the bumper and the 2 rods coming down on the bumper but thats just me i like it rounded and smooth

Thanks mate, the red loop is the tow hook, the rods serve a purpose to hold the car together at high speeds, my designs are usually practical

Thanks mate, but I've promised to do a pic for "Mateo M3" first, gotta start that, it'll be candy blue 95 M3 with a black gloss roof and some other bits I gotta do to it...

So If I get time after that one, I would like to have a go at yours

I start with a very rough sketch on how I want the proportions and shape to go, then upload a sketch into Photoshop and start some simple line work to follow... nothing time consuming because I always end up changing the design halfway anyway... Then I start rendering in Adobe Photoshop, simply adding layer after layer of rendered shapes to get a final image...

For Example, this Golf GTi sketch took maybe 10 minutes to sketch and maybe the lines took 1 minute...



Then after about 6 hours of rendering I end up with this...

Hey, I decided I want to have a crack at another e36, I have finished the e36 M3 for "MateoM3" but he has asked me not to display in the forum quite yet as I used his idea's which he is applying to his car at the moment and wants to keep it a secret until he finishes his project...

I have made an edited version of Mateo's M3, which I have removed all of his ideas from the car just so you guys can see how it went... I will post the finished one when he finishes his car...


Blau320i can you list in as much detail as possible on what you'd like the car to be like, photo's would be good, specific rims, colour, paintjob, spoiler or no spoiler, everything you want
