this one is 1.9l 96+ and final gear ratio is "long" 3.38 (exp. 320i and -'96 318is have 3.45)!
So I'm trying to find diff with LSD 3.68 or 3.72 and it will be fast enough!

only "mods" are air intake and exaust

Mmmmm cool mines a 1998 318is its like 1890cc close to a 1.9L iv just ordered my exaust for it and have put in a cold air intake aswell, so u say i should get the 3.72 LSD aswell for it , sounds like a plane what about your ecu are u getin that remaped , i been thinkin of it il probley get that done b4 i get the LSD or do ya think i should leave the remaping to last,

whats the highst a 318is can go in bhp ?

are u thinking of anything else to add to it ?

get headers, remove mid muffler, get better spark plugs and cables then u do remaping!

3.68 is better 200/205km/h max speed but it will go to 60mph in 9sec
I will get LSD just for drift (not for better pefrormans)

bhp is not important as u think!
exp. 323i is faster then 325i although has 20bhp less!

Mmmm yea i can take 320i's hands down in my 318is been toyin with a few

it would be my 0-60mph id be intrested in geting up, and i like sticking the back out in the corners and messing at the car shows just when its wet as i dont want to brake anything cuz i am still learing

but id maybe thro about £3000 at the car to get it moveing abit faster

any idear what i could do to the car for this cash ...

vs
1991 BMW 325i E36 technical specifications and data - 4 door 2.5 litre (2494 cc) S6 194.7 PS - Carfolio.com car specifications pages

hydro
you cant put m3 trans. in 4cylin e36 and if u sucseed it will be slower (too long final gear ratio)

no torque is way different - that is secret

325i - 244.0 Nm @ 4700 rpm
323i - 245.0 Nm @ 3500 rpm

1200rpm earlier!!!!!!! do u know what that means!? FASTER
