Delivery of an 06 M3 Comp.

Here are a couple of pictures from a couple months ago. My dad took delivery of an 06' comp package. Thought I would post them up.

Oh yeah, that is nice. The competition is a factory package. It has better suspension and brakes and has a few lighter parts. Also, only the competition package M3 comes in that sick purple/blue color.

You would have to see the interior and brakes to see the differences.

yeah It was back in March. Still snow on the ground along with some falling. shitty weather in NH.

The competition package consists of a retuned suspension, the CSL wheels as you noticed, a more direct steering ratio (15.4:1 to 14.5:1), a retuned DSC with a less intrusive M Track Mode, and it also includes the cross drilled compound brakes from the CSL with enlarged front rotors (12.8 to 13.6 inches)

There are also some minor interior details added with the package but I find those less important than the added performance one can gain from this package.

The color is interlagos blue it was available on only competition package models. those are not csl wheels either those are the zcp competition package wheels. there was no difference in interior mods other than cruise control was deleted on the zcp competition package. suspension is also the same as non zcp equipped cars as suspension was changed in 04 i believe. beautiful car though!

sorry there was two interior mods. alcantara steering wheel and alcantara e-brake boot.

snowing in march? looks like i left NH just in time. beautiful car, i love that color. can't wait to be back in the state this week though.
