[E36] back from painter

after some dude on a motorcycle hit the side of my car and lots of insurance bullshit finally got it fixed.. got almost the entire car with new paint.

with all the bad weather the car is very dirty.. it's a shame!!

why not a complete paint job?

when we started with it found out the right side was already done a couple of years ago and is still in 100% good shape.. If the right side was damaged then i would have given the car a complete paint job!
Ofcourse invested some more in the paint, so there is 0 color difference even in bright light you don't see anything left.

it's a shame it looks like my hood is damaged already but it's not!:


it's freezing outside so can't really wash the car now and the garage is filled up with BMW crap haha. have to clean it someday....

don't know if it's the same in the US but the european 320i and 323i have only one big exit.
the entire exhaust system will be replaced by a original M3 for the sounds and looks.

also considering an engine swap.. searching for a sweet 2.5L engine

why not go for the M3? if you are considering a swap

it's very hard to find a good M3 engine or you need to buy a real M3 but then swapping won't be needed.
2.5L engines are a lot for sale and also good ones for a nice price.
