THE GOLF PROJECT!!!! BEWARE 56K !!!

This project have been going on since december 2005, it has to be finish for this summer. Some of you will like it, some will hate it, but in the end, it's still an off the hook project!

I present to you my 2006 winter build off . Everything is done ate PMIRacing shop in Quebec,Canada.

It consist of an volkswagen Mk2 golf 1991 2 doors that is currently matched with an BMW E36 engine (M50.M52,S50,S52). It has all the E30 rear end and E36 front suspension and direction.

the built is not finished yet, I still have a long way to go but it still amazing to look ate the evolution of the project.

It all started by an simple golf, this is my car by the way not a client car.

I really dont know but in the end i'll corner weight the car to get the closest to 50/50 weight ration and I'm aiming for 2100 overall weight (driver, full roll cage, everything!!)

Yes I am planning to go to waterfest this year, it's already on my vacation planning for this summer

this is an awsome project and one that has been in the back of my mind for a while. the way i imagine a rwd hatch is by just using the front transaxle and putting it in the back but this is awsome.

what ever E36 inline 6 engine I find for a good price....s52 would be great but it' s a little to expensive for my pocket money... I got a friend down in montreal he imports euro m3 engine we were talking about a sponsorship...so maybe that, but probely not...

So basically I STILL DONT KNOW FOR NOW !!!!

Dont be fooled by the pictures, its just a moke up engine and tranny the engine is blown and the tranny is empty .
