topping out the 318I

alrite so there is a shot of me doing 115 in my 84 318i...

ive got a question though, my Temperature Gauge seems to not be working at all. is there a way to just replace the Gauge and not the whole Cluster?

and if so how and where could i find the part. someone please help and mabe ill make a sweetass video for you guys

are u sure its the guage? make sure its not the thermo itself.

im sure both can be replaced independently, i know they thermometer can

Might be able to go faster if you turn off your parking brake

Also at those speeds its a good idea to have ample brake fluid. Your low fluid light is on too.

hahah wow finally somebody noticed that. and yea thats a PHOTOSHOPPED PICTURE!

how in the hell could i be getting 50mpg for one thing at 115mph. and second of all. my parking brake is on. third of all. WHERE IS MY HIGHBEAMS ??? EH??? ya wow. and the brake light turns off after the car is started. the key was in off position when i took that shot. and just moved the gauges around

and btw
i dont think at 115mph its gonna be at like 6000rpm...

you have the mpg guage at 50, it in my e34, it shoots up to the top of the gauge when i left off on the gas. But yea it looked odd when i noticed the needles were brighter than the entire shot.

hahaha fooled me...and I am familiar w/ the cluster! When you look closely, theres a box around each needle

ahaha. no no guys. the Tachometer gauge is real. the speedo gauge is fake. i just took the tachometer needle and copied it to the speedo. that is why the needle seems to bright on the speedometer side. because it is just a copied one from the Tachometer. ya the speedo light is dimmer btw.

but the tach is real. i was reving the car. and about the 50mpg thing. its broken. it always sais that
