Detailed to Perfection: E60 530i

hey guys,

well here's another car we detailed. it's a 2004 530i with 26k miles

!!

the owner does A LOT of driving so even though the job ahead was tough, with hard work we got her to really shine.

just used the regular process:

wash with meg.'s gold class car wash.
clay bar with griotts clay and speed shine.
used the buffer and scratch-x
klasse a.i.o by hand.
topped with s100 paste wax.

the customer was very pleased with the results. we also had a lamborghini gallardo scheduled in addition to an sl55, but the two customers went on a last minute trip to las vegas. *lucky guys* maybe this weekend.

i wouldn't say it's an exotic but, a 996 c4s and a clk500. we're scheduled to detail a yellow 360 and an aston vantage later in the summer. the lambo will be our first true "exotic."

How much do you charge for detailing(if you dont mind me asking)? cause a couple people i know have seen my car right after ive given it a nice detailing inside and out and they were saying that they would pay me to do their cars, and to just name the price. I told them id get back to them on it.

for that one (inside and out) we charge $150. $200 if a car is really bad and 20% extra for SUV's, van's, large trucks.
