 bye bye ti After six years and two bmws later i will be officially withdrawing from this site.... my bmw was rear ended by a pick up truck at 55 mph while i was at a stand still ... it sent me underneath the back of a 5 series... i think my wrist is broken and have torn ligaments in my knee ... here are the pics of the aftermath

| God!  Dude! From a fellow BMW compact owner, what a travesty! Oh well, at least you could say the 'baby' BMW went out with style.. And I mean, at least your still alive! Imagine if you were driving a clapped out Datsun! Not going to continue your love affair with the German marque!

| i would but the rear wheel drive in this connecticut weather is killer... im gonna go german but i think audi now

| That sucks. I used to drive a truck and it isn't true that we are assholes. People just like to cut me off in these cars and go slow causing me to slam in the brakes and almost crushing them. People should have respect for pickup trucks just as they should for semi's and other drivers.

It might just be where ya'll are from but the truck drivers around here are good drivers. The same thing would've happened to you if a car hit you at the same speed, so please don't flame on trucks or their drivers. It's just like saying guys with BMW's have BMWs because they can't get girls without them, or that they have small dicks so they have to compinsate, so they get a BMW. Which isn't true, I hope for you guys! Again I'm sorry for what happened, and I hope everything gets better.

| Sorry to hear about your accident, Glad you are okay other than the few minor injuries. Sad to see another TI die Any chance you are going to get parts off of it, like the intake or ss?
