chrome backed headlights

I am contemplating buying chrome backed Depo ZKWs from someone....but I want to see how they look on a silver E36....anyone got any pics of that?

I just did a search for 'chrome backed silver', these all appear to be hella's (which have smaller rings inside) - they will look very similar, but with larger rings and projectors (which looks much nicer, imo).

so do yours have projectors? cuz i need a great improvement in my lighting...and can you also explain to me what city lights is?

These headlights do have projectors, and they use H1 bulbs (included) - the city lights are just the high beams spliced into the corner lights - when you are driving with the headlight switch in the first position they are slightly on, like daytime running lights, as are the angel eyes. When you hit the 'high beam' switch they get full power and you have brights.

why is one of the rings blue and the other white on yours?

They're not, the picture I emailed you is with the brights on (the brights overpower the blue headlights when they're on) - the low beams on off and on the outside, which is why you see the blue light there. With city lights on both rings would be visible, with only slight light from the inner bulbs (the high beams).

well im thinkin the chrome will look good with my clear corners and that my car is silver....i dont like it on black cars....but it looks ok on silver.....i shall see.....who knows they could be back up for sale next week after i get them haha
