Maybe I'm stupid but... are those headlights aftermarket? I cant remember seeing a Maxima that had headlights like that. Very clean car, it shows you care about it. nice!

They are OE Nissan HID headlights off of a 02-03 Maxima, I opened them up, painted the housing black, made a clear lens to replace the stock orange turn signal lens, and installed Umnitza's DDE's. I did a step by step writeup on how I did it which you can check out on my cardomain site here if you want.

Nice looking car... I say either smoke or black out the clear reflectors (or side markers or whatever) on the sides of the car.

Those HIDs are just reflector buckets, no projectors? I bet that pisses people off down the road.

car looks great, I think you should take off those things that go over the tops of the windows though. Just my opinion...

I havent gotten a good pic yet with the DDE's on, they are tough to capture and I havent really messed with the camera settings to get them to come out good. Heres the pic from Umnitza's website of the Maxima DDE's .

The wheels are 18" SSR GT1 wrapped in Bridgestone Potenza S-03 245/40 rubber.

I think the clear sidemarkers give some contrast to the car, but I have thought about smoking them, I think it might be too much black. Yeah the HIDs are just the stock reflector 02-03 maxima headlights. I thought about retrofitting projectors in there but decided the headlights are too expensive to cut up, my buddy is actually working on retrofitting projectors into these same headlights.

Yeah, I get that from alot of people, I think they look good, I had the stick on Ventvisors before but they covered up part of the chrome trim around the window so I got the WeatherTech ones that go into the window channel. They might come off in the future, but for now I still like em.

Thanks for all the kind comments!
