It's got 70k miles. It looks brand new in person which is the only reason I feel bad about changing it out in October. I really liked the personality of my old 318ti with Clubsport interior and I've wanted the rare OE M-Cloth/Amaretta suede for years and I finally have the opportunity so I can't say no. Besides my last M3 had black leather and so will my future E46 M3 anyways

For exhaust, the Eisenmann is temporary. I'm only using it until my Supersprint arrives, which is the best one out there IMO. But no, all Dinan is not necessary
