| All you guys are sucha little nagging bitches. So what his dad bought him a 60000 dollars car. You cant hate on him because of that. His dad most likely has a shit load of money and this money means nothing to his dad. You cant blame him for his dad buying him that car. If i had a lot of money like that also, i would defintly buy my future son or daughter a nice expensive car

| I cannot believe the nerve of some people the way they are hating in here. I've heard the same bs all the time. I'm almost 22 and have had four cars of which two were BMW's and a Lexus GS300 and my dad paid for them. But ya' know what I've had a job since I was 14 and I actually go to college and get good grades, oh and I have never gotten in an accident and I do sometimes drive stupid. So, give the kid a break...and stop hatin' because our parents allow us to drive nice cars. If it was you, you would be the same way. But the kid also made the mistake by acting cocky about it....no props to the kid there. Flaunt your ride, but don't be cocky about it. |

| I gotta say that there is no problem with a parent buying his kid a car. The problem is that he's starting off with an M5!! When i was 15 i was promised my dad's old beater. I drove that thing into the ground with dangerous driving, minor accidents, speeding tickets, etc... If I had done the same things with an M5 I probably would'nt be posting here right now. If you're going to be driving that thing, bew careful and ask your dad if he can get you into some driving classes/DE's.

| Hey, man, congrats. Everybody has a point here, that it's a priviledge to own such a damn fine car for a 1st. Please, whatever you do, don't get cocky with it. Don't go taking turns at 80 MPH. Drive the car normally for a while, get a feel for it. And don't really open it up unless you're COMPLETELY AWARE of your surroundings. You'd definetely benefit from the BMW driving school that people have been suggesting; it'll give you a load of confidence and prepare you for such a beast. I'm 16, and I'm probably going for an E36 M3, to be bought by my parents. I'll be paying for gas and parts, but just because your parents are buying your car, doesn't mean you're any less a sensible driver on the road; granted, some people will be total dickheads and wreck their cars. But there are a select few of sensible young people like me (I'm very safe on the road). Just be safe with your ///M, and learn it before you try and tame it. It WILL bite back if you rush it. Just my 2 cents. pz out
