How to attach Reiger sideskirts- E36 M3

Trying to install my Reiger sideskirts. Do you just epoxy them to the car? I dont see anywhere you could possibly screw them in

What do the instruction say. Ask a local bodyshop to do the job, that way its done properly and they don't fly off when you hit high speeds...

i think you have to get clips for them. I see a lot of after market skirts that you have to buy clips seperatley.

You use very strong 3M double sided tape on the front and you can screw them on the sides.

Theres no where to screw in the sides- you have a pic of where you can screw them in at? Did you put them over your stock sideskirts?

You have to test fit them, clamp them to the car where you want them, mark mounting holes, drill mounting holes, then use the super strong 3m to adhere them to the body, use a long consecutive strip of 3M though, or else the spots where it is stuck on can become visible compared to the spots that are not stuck on....

Either way you need the stock skirts. The reiger ones wont even touch the body of the car in the middle without the stock skirts

take off your oem side skirts first.

then, use the epoxy or double sided 3m tape ( whatever your preference, i think the 3m tape works better..its what i used ) to adhere the sideskirt to the body of the car.

then you use a rivet gun, not screws, and rivet the sides of the sideskirts. you put the rivets in the very narrow portion of the rocker panels that are inside of the wheel well( just look, you'll see where ).

oh yeah, and its easier to put the rivets in if you pre-drill slighly smaller holes in the rockers as well.

Well we got it on but we had to use the OEM side skirts. The reiger skirt doesnt touch the body of the car in the middle, theres no way to get it to stick without being 1/2" from the car.

Only way to make Rieger Sideskirts sit flush with the body of the car is to cut them along the top to make it straight...

See, this is shit they dont tell you. They say direct replacement. The rear bumper was a nightmare, nothing lined up. We had to cut the brackets off the car and weld them elsewhere and the brackets that came with the bumper were stainless steel so we went through 3 drill bits trying to get through them.

Dont worry i found out the hard way, i actually had the sideskirts painted and installed and now to fix them I have to have them cut and repainted...
