I love the old car just because of the old tech videos and what not, it was my first... but anyways i like the idea of a m3 being able to beat a r6

Old one was cool. But the new one is all business. Have you weighed it since it's been stripped and you changed the exhaust routing?

I love many things about the other one too! I am pretty new so I haven't heard what happened to the old car. In a perfect world, having both in the garage would be the way to go!
Good to see you over here Cameron!

FYI his old one was stolen

Hey thanks! I figured that there might be a bunch of different people on this board that I would like to be acquainted with. More opinions, ideas & so-on.

I am sorry about what I posted. I did a search after the fact for threads started by Dado & read the one about his car getting stolen. I know I know, should have done that before.

Hopefully Dado makes enough money now so that he can buy a yellow M3 & bring his old car back to life. This new car seems pretty done & obviously by his fix-it tickets, isn't really street legal anyway. Then he would have the best of both worlds. Besides, he obvioulsy has a strong taste for the modding bug like we all do, so it would be a very fun project for him as well. This time with the only difference of it being turbo of course.

Both of the cars are about the same as far as looks. I did say about the same. He does track the new one so I would say its not flawless. Maybe just a front cover and it would be set. As far as the stickers has anyone heard of sponsors? I like the new one. I wouldn't give a damn if it was hot pink when he was tearing up the street at the first of the new mischief video that was sweet. I could watch that everyday and not get tired of it. The new one is just awesome. Its fast as hell and overall good looking. It sounds sweet too. That works for me.

I was just stating that about the stickers as an opinion of looks. I totally understand it is a track car & he has to show sponsor support. That is also why I suggested that he buy another yellow M3 & build it into the one he had before. Maybe adding turbo this time since you know Dado is spoiled with his current M3's power. That way he would have an awesome street M3 & an awesome track M3. Hence, "The best of both worlds". No matter. I love the new one. Boost is such a lovely drug!

I really like the new car but then again I also really like horse power. I like the old almost as much because it what got me into this BMW thing. Man I remeber when I first joined this site and it back in 2000 and I wanted to have a car just like Dado's old e36. That car is a legend!

I prefer the new one.

Much more agressive styling, just the way I like em.
