Detailed to Perfection: Porsche Carrera 4S

Hi Everyone,

We got our hands on a Porsche Carrera 4S today. It only wanted a Level 1 detail so you aren't going to see a huge difference like in the last Detailed to Perfection post (CLK 500- black). So we figured it would be best if we just posted the after shots and a few scenic shots.

This Porsche C4S has a build date of 10/03 and it was purchased in 3/04. It has 750 miles.

Come on guys, it's a porsche.....the handleing is already awesome, it doesn't need to be lowered. Besides it's a lease, so he can't do anything to it.

Looks to me like he sprung for the nicer 18" wheels but decided against getting the sport package which lowers the ride a couple of centimetres.

If you ever get a porsche with the nicer wheels, the sport suspension package is an absolute must.

It's a carrera 4S, those are the standard wheels, and their is no sport package.

Unless you are talking about my 330Ci in which case, yes it does have aftermarket wheels and yes it does have the sport package.

i thought you could get the ROW or x74 packages or whatever they were for the 996's

if theres one thing to know about porsches, its that there are about 4 thousand options available for your car. and they all cost alot of money.


i could be wrong about the availability of the x74 on the c4s it may only be a Turbo option.

They need to remove that front license plate on the Porsche, it looks very out of place... just my opinion though.
