You must upload it to a server on the internet, you can use DTM's photo gallery: http://www.dtmpower.net/ppost2/uploadphoto.php
After you upload the picture, right click on the ACTUAL picture, select properties, and copy the link located there. Then, type in [img*]link here[/img*], without asteriks.

you cant host on DTM though because you not a supporting member
