Then why post pictures for other people to criticize?

If you don't give a shit what other people think then don't post 'long awaited pics', if you do care what other people think then don't jump on them for offering you their opinions... Here is mine:

The pictures make me believe it looks far better in person, from some angles it looks badass, from others it looks like you need to clean off your brake dust - were it my car I would have probably opted for something different, but, as you say, it is your car...

Post some rear quarter pictures, perhaps some that show off the lip of the contours...

its the depth of the lip & the shape of the wheel playing tricks, they are indeed gunmetal, I think different pics would probably show them off better...

ok, im not critcizing someone's opinion. Instead, I am frustrated by the lack of common sense. Repeating over again about the brake dust is just lack of common sense. The finish on these rims is what it is..... there is no brake dust on them, in fact they were cleaned right before I took the pictures. And I posted pics and labeled them "long awaited" cause there was about 10 bfc/dtm people hounding me for pics for the last 1 1/2 months. They look sick in person as well as in pictures. I could care less about the opinion of anyone. Most of the people here buy overpriced rims just cause they're popular and some won't buy the rims they want just because they're popular.

If you read my post and some of the other 'brake dust' posts again you might understand people aren't saying your rims are covered in brake dust, just from the pictures the "gunmetal" finish appears to be regular contours covered in brake dust - this does not mean they are, people realize that is the finish of the wheels, but it is hard to understand why someone would pay considerable $$$ just to make their wheels appear dirty all of the time.

I think a different angle would probably show the wheels off better, that is all...
