Thats a beautiful hood dude. I'd leave it unpainted. But if you're gonna paint it, do it solid, i think the red with the weave showing through wouldn't look very good.

But, i love it, beautiful car, can i have it?

Is it just me or does anyone else hate that non-painted carbon fiber look? Especially hoods... (especially more on a white car)

Without the CF hood, I'd say your car looks great.

i like it the way it is but it would also look sick painted red like you were saying.

But lets get some pics of the hood with more car to see the contrast.

I like it!
Its a huge contrast from your red car to the CF hood, but just the same, beautiful.
If I were you; I would paint it to match from the windshield forward about 2/3 of the way. THEN, I would fade the paint into the CF weave so that the leading edge is pure CF.
Im not a photoshop wizard, or I would mock it up for you....
Maybe someone can give it a go, and post the pics?

My car is Cosmos black, so im going with the CF hood,and leaving it unpainted.

BTW: anyone got a good source on ///ME36 CF hoods?
