| Race drop and friends 330 on HRE I got some new pics of my car, finally its dropped. Its goin to the body shop in the next few weeks for M3 front lip + LTW corner splitters, M3 rear spoiler, M3 door moldings. My friends car is a 02 330CiC on 18 inch HRE 445's. Here is my car before drop:   NOW after Bilstein sport and H&R Race springs:        what do you think?

| only that last pic with the 330 is by roosevelt. The rest are in a parking lot by my house in Melville. The ride quality with this setup is pretty damn harsh. Its all worth it in the turns (windy roads and on/off ramps) but over potholes and sharp dips in the road it is hell. My car makes more creaks and squeaks then it did on the stock suspension also. It isnt harsh to the point where your back hurts or anything but it is noticeably stiffer than my friends 03 M3. The grip the car has on the road is amazing. I have some shitty ass "Federal Super Steel" tires but the car still hangs on to the asphalt without a hint of losing its composure at 60+mph around a downhill hairpin turn near my house. Its pretty nutty. I can floor it after the apex of almost any turn and the car just stays flat and shoots forward. Its a great feeling.

| The rims are 18x8.5 Ace Moda's. They are styled just like the Hamanns, but they are made by a 'real' company. They are actually for sale also, because my friend is giving me free 19 inch tires so im goin to bump up to 19s. I want to get rid of these 18's cheap for like $800 for the set with tires.

| needs less wing, it makes the car look too tall. other than that, very nice!

| drop for sure makes a difference but the wing  ..im sure youve heard it all before...too tall for my taste...wayy tooo tall..oh well looks good other than that! to each his own
