I can see the fender waving at me even in that picture.
Needs more body work.
What made you want to put Z vents on?
They belong on a roadster body IMO.

Curvy things like that don't complement the rigid shape of an E36. I'm not really feeling it too much. If you had some big polished rims and had the grill parts of it (the fishbone section or whatever) chromed, then I think it might look acceptable. Depends on how you have it painted and finished.
