| I think Hellspawn said it best.. In America, altezzas are played out big time,. In Lithuania, I'd have to think altezzas arent nearly as common and they probably arent played out. That dark reddish brown 2-door with smoked altezzas looks GOOD.. if i saw it somewhere on the street, I'd be staring just as much as I would if it had clear-red-red tails. Who here can honestly tell me that car doesn't look nice? And no i don't like altezzas and especially not on BMWs, but thats in America. I don't live in Lithuania, and if i lived there, im sure that my opinion on them may be different, because like i said before.. im sure they arent played out there. If anything they're probably rare to see and are considered pretty darn cool .. |

| People in Europe don't tune their cars like this. Just because one guy in Lithuania prefers this style doesn't mean we all like it. Besides aren't you forgetting one little detail, a BMW is a European car so you are driving a Euro style vehicle. Last edited by Der Abt; 03-19-2003 at 01:16 AM.. |

| I believed that too .. people in europe don't tune their car that way .. but how? each country has different style .. U.S style bimmer: 1. not really low 2. mostly 18" max for e36 and 19" max for e46 3. all modded bimmers almost have identical aerokit 4. clean Indonesia Style Bimmer: 1. very low 2. mostly 19" for e36 and 20" for e46 .. someone go as high as 21" for e39 3. use different style of aerokit ( not a common one ) 4. some of them clean, some of them are full of stickers ... Singapore style bimmers: 1. not low ( prohibited by law ) 2. 18" max for e36 and 19" max for e46 ( i think it's enforced by law ) 3. aerokit is not too extreme. but most of them are fitted poorly 4. clean, u can notice majority of modded bimmer owner use false badging ( like ///M on 320i ) EUR? care to give detail? |

| Anyways i agree everyone countries got a different taste depending on peers and environment and influences. Like GC said Indonesians..damn...its all about how LOW CAN YOU GO. Since currency is bad, and local shops not very knowledable, the performance scene isent very good. Besides the hot humid weather makes ur car lag and the roads are pathetic. Despite all those bad things, Most indo kids are posers anyways and just know about looks. Check out Permaisuri.com You'll see some crazy cars there.
