Pissed of Dtm memeber....

Ok well s couple weeks before Christmas my girlfriend ordered 2 sets of Dtmpower.net stickers one for me and one for my friend. Couple days later it goes through on her card...

After a couple PMs I am still sitting here Jan 21st with nothing... Dustin responded back to me and told me he would handle it. I'm not really in a rush, but that was two weeks ago. I have been on this forum and contributed numerous times and wanted to simply show my support for the site. Now I don’t even want the stickers up in my car. Is there anyway that she can have the $30+ compd back to her account. Thank you.

yeah there were quite a few of us a while back that didnt get our stickers for like a month or so. Not sure what the situation was but I think all or most of us finally got the stickers.

fixing the site (as Im sure were all appreciative of and enjoying now) has been taking the time of the admins. Id throw a bit of understanding their way as I know they wouldnt be purposefully denying any willful promotion and advertisement.

i'm with you Bsaint...i ordered my stickers a long time ago also, and sure as hell my card is chargedright of the bat...but have i seen stickers in a month? 2 months?

I really care about the stickers anymore. i just want this issue resolved. refund the amount charged or send the product PAID for...end this already

this happened to me and dado has to wait for a lot of heads to order so he can ship in bulk. Thats why it takes a few weeks. I dunno i would still rep dtm once i got the stickers

CleanAzzE30z < I dunno just me, if a company gave me shit or took a really long time for a part and it was something that gave them business or free advertisement, I would think twice about advertising or putting there part on my car. I think a truly great company makes 40% shipping and ordering process and the other 60% is quality and making sure there customer is happy. That’s just my... OWN two cents thanks
