318ti rear camber problems?

I have lowered my TI with H&R sport springs and Bilstien monotube shocks. My rear camber is killing my tires. I have extra spring pads installed to fix the camber for the time being; but it makes the car sit high in the rear and it looks stupid. I know Korman makes a kit but $700 is a little out of my price range. I have found adjustable rear bushings; but I didn't know how well they would work. I just want to return the camber back to stock and get my rear end out of the air.
